Christine from Thomsaston, GA picked up her new 200 gallon 3 point hitch sprayer with boomless nozzles today. She said she had done lots and lots of research because she wasn’t sure what she needed or even what was available. One of the things that bothered her was the way “you get what I have” for many products. She said when she called NCI and spoke with John Crouch the first thing he said was tell me about your operation, what you want to do and what problems you are having. Then John told her she could get only the features she wanted. She was thrilled she wouldn’t have to buy then alter her equipment. Christine admitted that she was paying more for the NCI sprayer than the others she had shopped, but said that the customer service and custom design were big factors in her purchase. She said that she was telling one of her neighbors about her new equipment and he told her, “you’re buying the best!”
We want to congratulate (and brag!) Erin & John Crouch on the birth of their daughter. Susie arrived Tuesday kicking and screaming. She is a tiny little thing weighing only 2 pounds 14 ounces but very feisty (just like her daddy). We’re pleased to say everyone is doing great!
John from Maryland said his tandem axle fertilizer lime spreader was the best spreader he had ever owned. Well, we just LOVE to hear that! John had purchased the spreader in October 2017 from Messicks in Pennsylvania. He was getting ready for spring and just had a couple of quick questions. Our John Crouch was able to answer his questions and get him field ready. Maryland John added that he appreciated the friendly personal service offered by Newton Crouch Inc.
Don’t forget to visit John at the Mid-South Farm & Gin Show. NCI will be located in the large exhibit hall in booth 333-335 along aisle B showing a row crop spreader outfitted with Raven precision components. Unfortunately Michael won’t be at the show this year because of a broken foot!
