Marty joined Newton Crouch Inc. in 1989 and retired in 2021. Today she acts as a consultant to Newton Crouch Company while the company continues to grow and change.
The riveting YouTube videos (some are a cure for insomnia) are her work too along with keeping the website updated.
After becoming a Master Gardener, she has pursued rainwater harvesting both personally and professionally. With 5 grandchildren, she enjoys spending time with family and gardening.
