John Daniel Golden of Jay, Florida visited NCI at Sunbelt Expo 2019. He brought the original equipment book from his 1993 row crop spreader purchased by his dad and still being used today. John Daniel said he figured the spreader had been used over 5,000 acres per year for the last 26 years. JD said he would continue to buy Newton Crouch equipment because of the great value and good service.

Christine from Thomsaston, GA picked up her new 200 gallon 3 point hitch sprayer with boomless nozzles today. She said she had done lots and lots of research because she wasn’t sure what she needed or even what was available. One of the things that bothered her was the way “you get what I have” for many products. She said when she called NCI and spoke with John Crouch the first thing he said was tell me about your operation, what you want to do and what problems you are having. Then John told her she could get only the features she wanted. She was thrilled she wouldn’t have to buy then alter her equipment. Christine admitted that she was paying more for the NCI sprayer than the others she had shopped, but said that the customer service and custom design were big factors in her purchase. She said that she was telling one of her neighbors about her new equipment and he told her, “you’re buying the best!”
John from Maryland said his tandem axle fertilizer lime spreader was the best spreader he had ever owned. Well, we just LOVE to hear that! John had purchased the spreader in October 2017 from Messicks in Pennsylvania. He was getting ready for spring and just had a couple of quick questions.
