Caroline joined the Newton Crouch team in 2026 as a Quality Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Clemson University and brings hands-on quality control experience. Caroline is also a certified welder, giving her a well-rounded, practical perspective on the equipment she helps ensure meets the Newton Crouch standard.
