A customer’s insurance company called wanting to know the original price (confirmed by a copy of the invoice) of a spreader along with a quote for a new, identical spreader. Sounds easy, right? Well, the original spreader was purchased in 1998! Believe it or not, we had a copy of the original invoice, original order and the delivery & inspection sheet!!! 23 years later!
