Madeline joined the Newton Crouch team in November of 2021 and was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in June of the following year.  Madeline is leading Newton Crouch into our next chapter with a team of more than 50 individuals committed to providing superior service to our customers and building the best application equipment in the industry.

Madeline has more than a decade of leadership experience across multiple sectors.  She is an operations-minded executive who is passionate about driving change and streamlining processes to enable teams to succeed and grow.   Madeline has an extensive background in manufacturing, quality control, accounting, and marketing.  She has been a driving force in creating efficiencies on our production floor and throughout our business, positioning us for the future.
