A customer’s insurance company called wanting to know the original price (confirmed by a copy of the invoice) of a spreader along with a quote for a new, identical spreader. Sounds easy, right? Well, the original spreader was purchased in 1998! Believe it or not, NCI had a copy of the original invoice, original order and the delivery & inspection sheet!!! 23 years later! The insurance company is gonna have sticker shock when it sees the price difference 23 years can make……….

46 Year Old Spreader Still Going Strong
Customer service can be interesting. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, sometimes it’s something that stumps all the experts, sometimes its a “WOW”. Today we had a customer provide serial # 2-73-2338 (Feb, 73 + #2338) to John Crouch asking a spread rate question. That dry spreader truck that is 46 years old! (John wasn’t even born until 1983! ) We all reacted with WOW! Amazing!!

Christine is sold on NCI
Christine from Thomsaston, GA picked up her new 200 gallon 3 point hitch sprayer with boomless nozzles today. She said she had done lots and lots of research because she wasn’t sure what she needed or even what was available. One of the things that bothered her was the way “you get what I have” for many products. She said when she called NCI and spoke with John Crouch the first thing he said was tell me about your operation, what you want to do and what problems you are having. Then John told her she could get only the features she wanted. She was thrilled she wouldn’t have to buy then alter her equipment. Christine admitted that she was paying more for the NCI sprayer than the others she had shopped, but said that the customer service and custom design were big factors in her purchase. She said that she was telling one of her neighbors about her new equipment and he told her, “you’re buying the best!”
